Switch Around Meme / 三人でローテーションお絵かき

So in February Kikurage asked me, Wataru, and 迷 (I'll tell about him later) to join Switch around meme. We all agree and bam, we made this work. Since we had 4 people there's some adjustment with the real switch around meme. This is my first time doing switch around meme, really grateful it turned so well in the end.

Switch around meme (or three way collab) is an old meme, basically 3 people work together to make 3 join arts. In Japan it's 三人でローテーションお絵かき(three people rotation arts). I'm not good at explaining so i will post how it works.

Translation: sketch/line art/coloring

Because we had 4 people, we add "model" to this switch around meme

It turned out like this

It only took 3 days to finished all the images. They worked really fast, especially 迷

I'll give my opinion to all the images here :3

Art no 1:

Model: Wataru / Sketch: Kikurage / Line art: 迷 / Coloring: chahawhaw

Wataru's so cool here. Kikurage did a great job about the cool pose, i like it a lot! 迷 had a slight change from the sketch especially the eyes and hair, but it turned all well. When i see this pose i only think about "what color mood should i use here" and it turned out with a darker color from the others...oh well...

Although i saw this pose before from the internet, it's ok since this is just a simple image. When i saw the line art, instantly i knew "this thick line art, must be Kikurage..." Btw, how did 迷 do the coloring, i want to explore her coloring style, since his coloring style is cute...

迷 has 2 chara, at first i didn't know who to draw. But since I already draw the others, I decided to draw this chara. This pose had really an weird brain stroming idea...

his chara has doctor costume -> doctor -> prostate test* -> gloves -> butler -> Sebastian Michaelis

So I searched Sebastian's poses as the pose reference... and found this pose

My composition is very different with others, fortunately others fine with that... There're some differences (made by wataru) from sketch to line art, especially in face anatomy, I appreciate that, thanks.
Btw i watched Kikurage's coloring in pixiv live streaming, i wanted to know how he did my sketch, but since my ipad gave me 144px-480px, i couldn't get a better view so i missed some of his steps. I like this coloring though.

This pose is really common but simple. 迷's drawing style is very cute in his ways, so I think I had to do thin, non-black line art to give color emphasize. Surprisingly it matches with Wataru's coloring style. I forgot the details about this costume so I had some research from the internet...
As long as i remember, I think his wing has lighter color from the hair?

Switch around meme/三人でローテーションお絵かき gives us a new experience about our character, other's style, and maybe we can learn something from them. Overall this switch around meme is REALLY FUN GUYS LET'S DO IT MORE!
